Service of process and other legal correspondence intended to bring The Lumia Group Inc before a court must be delivered to the Company's designated Registered Agent in the State of Nevada:

Service delivered to the Company's principal place of business listed in §2 above does not constitute valid service of process under Nevada law (NRS 14.020) unless personally received by an officer of the Company at that location.
5. Product regulatory status — important disclosures
5.1 FDA listing status
The ARCHER light-therapy device is a Class II medical device that is exempt from premarket notification (510(k)) requirements under 21 CFR §890.5500(b). The Original-Equipment-Manufacturer submission referenced for FDA establishment-listing and device-listing purposes is K250830.
The ARCHER device is FDA-listed. It is not "FDA-cleared" and it is not "FDA-approved."
The Company does not use, authorise, or condone the use of the terms "FDA-cleared," "FDA-approved," "FDA-certified," or "FDA-endorsed" in any marketing, advertising, packaging, or customer communication. If you encounter any such representation attributed to The Lumia Group Inc, please report it to concierge@archerskin.com so we can correct it.
5.2 Intended use
The ARCHER device is intended for over-the-counter cosmetic use to apply visible and infrared light to the skin of the face and neck for purposes consistent with the device's establishment-listing classification under 21 CFR §890.5500. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. (21 USC §321(g)(1); FTC Act §5, 15 USC §45.)
